Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026

This policy covers the Google OAuth applications Client Acquisition OS and Copywriting OS Gmail Test, two connections of one private tool operated by Muhammad Bilal Latif for his own business. They are used only with the operator's own Google accounts and are not offered to other users.

Google data the tool accesses

Gmail (Copywriting OS Gmail Test). The connection is granted these scopes: https://mail.google.com/ (full mailbox access), gmail.modify, gmail.compose, gmail.labels, and two Gmail add-on scopes (gmail.addons.current.message.action, gmail.addons.current.action.compose). The tool sends emails the operator has approved. It polls the operator's mailbox every minute for new incoming messages and matches each against known leads; messages that do not match are not stored by the tool.

Google Sheets (Client Acquisition OS). Granted scopes: spreadsheets, drive.file and drive.metadata. The tool reads and updates the operator's own CRM spreadsheet.

How the data is used

Only to run the operator's own outreach, reply handling and record keeping. Lead details, and the text of replies from leads, are sent to Anthropic (the Claude AI service) to draft messages and classify replies. They are processed under Anthropic's own terms and retention practices, which the operator does not control. Google user data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not used to train generalized AI models by the operator.

Where data is stored

Sharing

Data is shared only with Google and with Anthropic as described above. No one other than the operator reads it.

Retention and deletion

Records in the Google Sheet are kept until the operator deletes them. To ask about, or request deletion of, data about you, email contact@scalewithbilal.com. Access for either application can be revoked at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
