Client Acquisition OS

Client Acquisition OS is a private, self-hosted workflow tool used by one operator, Muhammad Bilal Latif, to run his own freelance copywriting business. It has no public sign-up and is not offered to other users. It appears on Google's consent screen under these names: Client Acquisition OS (Google Sheets access) and Copywriting OS Gmail Test (Gmail access) — two Google Cloud projects of the same tool.

What it does

• Gmail: sends emails from the operator's own mailbox only after the operator has approved each message, and reads replies to match them to leads and sort them (for example interested, not interested, unsubscribe).
• Google Sheets: reads and updates a spreadsheet owned by the operator that holds the business's contact and lead records.
